Troubleshooting: Approvals Not Showing

If your Pending Approvals list looks empty or missing items, walk through these quick checks.

Are there items to approve?

  • Approvals only show items with status Pending or Needs revision.
  • If you recently approved or marked items Ready to schedule, the list may be empty (that’s okay).

Signed in with the right email

  • Make sure you’re signed in using the same email that was used during onboarding.
  • Use Switch Account in the top-right of the dashboard to change accounts.

Refresh data

  • Click your browser refresh or revisit the Dashboard after a few seconds.
  • Our team may still be drafting your posts—check back shortly if you just joined.

Date and scheduling

  • Items scheduled far out may not appear in near-term review queues.
  • If you expect items this week and don’t see them, contact support below.

Still not seeing approvals?

  • Try a different browser or an incognito/private window.
  • Clear cache for your site and reload.
  • Send us a note with your business name and the email you use to log in.
