Billing Terms

Overview
These Billing Terms describe how subscriptions, one‑time purchases, invoices, refunds, and cancellations are handled for services provided by Avyant Marketing, LLC ("Avyant", "we", "us"). These terms work alongside our Terms of Service and apply to all paid engagements.
Billing Cycles & Invoices
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis on the same calendar day as your initial purchase (or the closest valid date for shorter months).
- Invoices are sent via email and are accessible via your client portal. You are responsible for ensuring your billing email remains current and deliverable.
- Any usage‑based or add‑on charges (e.g., extra posts, reels, consulting hours) will appear on the next invoice unless otherwise specified at purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment provider, Stripe. By submitting a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your card for recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes or add‑ons.
Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes. Where required by law, applicable sales, VAT, or similar taxes will be added at checkout and noted on your invoice.
Late Payments & Retries
- If a charge is declined, Stripe will automatically attempt retries. During this period, we may pause work or restrict access until payment is successful.
- If payment remains unsuccessful after retries, we may suspend or terminate the subscription. You can restore service by settling the outstanding balance and reactivating the plan.
Upgrades, Downgrades & Add‑ons
- Plan changes take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Prorations may apply according to Stripe’s standard proration rules.
- One‑time add‑ons (e.g., extra posts, paid ad creative, strategy consulting) are billed at purchase or on the next invoice as indicated on the checkout.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date via the billing portal or by contacting support. Your current period will continue through the end of the paid term, and service will stop at renewal.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund past charges. See the Refunds section below.
Refunds
Because we dedicate team time to planning and production quickly after purchase, we do not generally offer refunds for subscription periods already in progress. However, we will review requests in good faith for clear billing errors, duplicate charges, or documented service failures within our control. Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us atcontact@avyantmarketing.combefore filing a chargeback. We’ll investigate promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees assessed by the processor.
Price Changes
We may update pricing from time to time. Any changes to subscription rates will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal unless otherwise specified.
