Scheduling Timelines: When Posts Go Live After Approval

Here’s what happens after you approve content and when to expect it to go live.

The Short Version

  • Approve posts in your dashboard using Approve or Ready to Schedule.
  • We schedule approved posts in the next scheduling window for your plan.
  • Need a rush? Add a note before approving or email contact@avyantmarketing.com.

Typical Timing

Same-Day Window

Approvals received before 2:00pm local time are usually scheduled the same business day.

Next-Day Window

Approvals after 2:00pm are scheduled the next business day.

Weekends & Holidays

Weekend/holiday approvals are scheduled on the next business day unless you request weekend publishing.

Plan-Based Cadence

We keep a steady cadence based on your plan (e.g., 2, 4, or 6 posts per week). Your calendar will reflect a balanced spread.

What Each Status Means for Scheduling

  • Pending — Waiting on your review.
  • Needs Revision — We’re updating based on your feedback.
  • Approved — Added to the next scheduling window.
  • Ready to Schedule — Final confirmation; prioritized for the next available slot.

How You’ll Know It’s Scheduled

  • You’ll see the post move out of Pending Approvals once it’s queued.
  • Scheduled dates appear in your calendar or approval details when available.
  • Need the exact date/time? Email contact@avyantmarketing.com and we’ll confirm.

Tips for Smooth Scheduling

  • Approve a batch at once for the most consistent cadence.
  • Use Ready to Schedule when you don’t want any further tweaks.
  • Note blackout dates or important campaign days in your Monthly Brief.
